Inventory control module is designed to cover all aspects of business needs. It is linked to the sales order processing module as well as the bill of materials and MRP ( materials requirement planning) modules. Stock items are grouped according to product type or other specific lines and can be stored in multiple locations.

Stock items are valuated either by FIFO (first in first out) or Weighted Average method. An equivalent stock can be setup for each stock item.

Stock Receipt
Receipt of stock by type of entry eg, purchase in or return to store or loan return

Stock Issue
Issue of stock by type of issue, eg, sales, loan, issue to production etc.

Stock Adjustment
Allow upward or downward adjustments in quantity and cost

Stock Take
Provide a stock count entry and a comparision of actual stock

Location for each storage.
Stock group for each product type
Item description and details.

Reports
Summary in value/quantity by froup or location
Stock movement summary or details
Aging (user defined age periods)
Descrepancy report for each stock-take.
Daily log for issue, receipt and adjustment
Re-order listing for below minimum quantity.
